Judge S. Frank Adams

Judge Adams earned a B.S. degree from Stetson University in 1980.  In 1983, he graduated from Cumberland School of Law.  Judge Adams is married and has two children.  He was first appointed magistrate in 1992, and is a life member of the South Carolina Summary Court Judges Association.
